Anastasia Beverly Hills- Hypercolor Brow & Hair Powder
I absolutely adore Anastasia Beverly Hills. They were kind enough to let me review their brand new Hypercolor Brow & Hair Powder that just became available at ULTA (retailing at $12.50, each sold separately).
Hypercolor comes in five great colors: In The Pink, Teal Tornado, Mega Watt Green, Electric Blue, and Ultra Violet (which I am wearing here).
Hair chalk tends to dry your hair out, and that is something that you do not have to worry about with Hypercolor.
I'm so excited to try out all of these amazing colors. Such a fun way to spice up my hair...don't you agree?
*All opinions expressed about this product are those of Snapshot Fashion.
The artist in me always thought adding bright and bold colors to my locks would be so fun...but then my practical side kicks in saying, you'll never get a job with pink hair! What I love so much about Hypercolor is that it washes out! So there is zero commitment. The other thing I love is just how easy it is to use. I'm definitely not an expert when it comes to hair...but this was so simple. I threw in a few streaks and it took me all of two minutes. All you have to do is prep your hair with some styling cream, swipe the powder color compact on your hair, and set it with hairspray. It's that easy!

Direct From NYC...Again
I am happy to say that after looking at about 25 apartments I found one...even though it is super tiny, it's in a great location and in a nice building. So I can't really complain. We still have to move a few things this weekend...like our bed. Sleeping on an air mattress for a few days is NOT fun.
Now that I have my high speed internet hooked up Snapshot Fashion will be back to regular updates. So stay tuned!!!

Her Best Look: Miranda Kerr
In my mind Miranda Kerr always looks stunning. Of all of the "angels" she is probably one of my favorite. So down to earth and always so happy...gotta love it! Here are a few looks that Miranda was caught rocking recently. I want to know what you think of them. Which one is your favorite?
My personal favorite look of the bunch has to be the printed Balenciaga skirt. She looks so sassy and fierce.

Hinesite Vintage
When I moved to Lancaster, Pennsylvania fellow blogger Sammy Davis told me that I had to check out Hinesite Vintage downtown. Since Sammy told me about this amazing vintage wonderland of a store I stopped in a couple of times. You could literally spend hours there!
So the other week when I saw that they were looking for models for photos they were shooting for their website I thought I'd volunteer. A chance to try on some amazing pieces and meet the owner Elizabeth Hine and her fabulous employee Lily...count me in!
*amazing*

Lily and Elizabeth
Behind the scenes- Here Lily is snapping some fabulous photos of Sharon.
And now for a few of the images from the photoshoot I did along with Sharon and Lily. It was a fun time. I'm 100% not a model, and can be quite awkward...but Lily was super patient with me and Sharon was a hoot! Thanks again for a great experience ladies! FYI...I do not know what was up with my hair that day. I curled it three times that day and it wouldn't stay...of all days!!!
After this experience I made a vow to myself to start incorporating more vintage into my wardrobe. When I was younger I would wear vintage items all the time. But as of lately I have just gotten lazy...*sigh* There is no excuse for laziness when there is clothing as amazing as this out there. Bring on the vintage!!!
Be sure to stop by Hinesite Vintage the next time you are in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Don't worry, if you don't live in the area, be sure to check out items for sale on their Ebay site.

Follow Snapshot Fashion on Instagram
The other week I finally bit the bullet and said good-bye to my 6 year old phone. I know, I know...just typing that embarrassed me. My husband and I FINALLY upgraded to smartphones...and we love them. One of my favorite apps on my phone has to be Instagram. I'm obsessed. I think I actually love it more than Twitter and Pinterest combined. Seriously.

Would You Wear This?
Dianna Agron was recently spotted wearing this Bottega Veneta's design at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. When I saw this photo I didn't even recognize her...did you? This look just doesn't work. I don't know if it is her new hairstyle that I'm hating...or the frumpy dress...or the shoes (ugh the shoes!). She is such a pretty girl this outfit doesn't do her any favors, and the dress makes her look a good 20 pounds heavier than she is. What are your thoughts on this look? Do you love it or hate it? Would you wear it???

DC- A Sneak Peak
Two things that really surprised me:
1) The city streets were SO EMPTY! There was hardly any traffic, and no crowds at all. Such a quiet city...who knew!?!
2) This city is so clean. We must have walked ten miles all over the city (no lie)...and I did not see any graffiti at all.
Have you been to DC in the past? What were some of your favorite places to visit while in town?

Kate Middleton Recycles Her Wardrobe
I think many of you know how much I adore Kate Middleton. What could make me love her more? The fact that she isn't afraid to wear her gowns more than once. I mean she doesn't have to...she's a princess for crying out loud! But, I think if I were in her shoes I would want to wear some of the amazing dresses over and over again because they are so beautiful.
What I want to know is what my readers think of the way she styled this look? The gown is stunning on her...but I guess I wish should would have made the two looks a little different. I really like the red clutch with the lace Temperley gown. But maybe she could have wore a red lip and a necklace or something. What are your thoughts???

Heading To DC Next Week
Next week at this time my husband and I will be heading down to DC for a little mini-getaway. I've lived so close to DC all of my life...yet I have never been there before. Crazy, I know! The last time my husband was there was when he was in grade school. So this will be a fun little adventure.
I saw an amazing deal via LivingSocial for a hotel so I knew I had to purchase it. As of now we know that we are going to be checking out the National Mall, Museum of American History, and have dinner reservations at Jaleo (since we simply love José Andrés). We'll only be in town overnight...but I wanted to reach out to my readers to see if any of you have suggestions of things we must see or do. Please feel free to leave me a comment or write me an email. I have been trying to do my research on DC because I hate going to a new city without a game plan. I would love to hear your suggestions!
P.S. I will definitely be posting some of my pictures after our trip. So stay tuned! :-)

Fashionable Frames- Try Them On!
As someone that wears reading glasses I know just how important picking the perfect frames can be. I have to admit, picking out a new pair of frames is never my favorite thing to do. I often feel very rushed and sometimes my pupils are dilated...so shopping for frames after an exam just never goes well for me. I usually like my frames for a little while, but then I come across so many more fashionable and flattering pairs and wish I would have waited to make my purchase.
What I adore about GlassesUSA.com is that they have a new feature on their site where you can try on eyeglasses virtually. This feature really lets you take your time trying on all sorts of frames: plastic, metal, rimless, and semi-rimless. Some of the online eyeglasses that I tried on in the Try-It Mirror I really loved, including the pair that I am showing above. But the fun part was that I was also able to try on some more ridiculous pairs that I would never try on in the stores...including purple frames which made me feel very much like Elton John. :-)
GlassesUSA offers a 110% lowest price guarantee and a 100% satisfaction guarantee along with a generous refer-a-friend program. I know the next time the I need to buy glasses I will definitely be stopping by GlassesUSA for frames.
They have been kind enough to offer my readers some special discounts. Take 15% off + free shipping on orders over $50 with the code: FS15. Also, take 10% off any order of prescription glasses with the code: Blog10.
Please stop on by their site to play with the Try-It Mirror. It's fun! Let me know which pair you love the most.
