Ginnifer Goodwin showed up to celebrate L.A. Arts Month looking über adorable. Even though I still dislike her hair (I wanted to cry when I saw that she had chopped it off!), she looks so angelic in this dress. The skin tone color of the frock and sheer sleeves keep this dress looking light and feminine.What do you think of this look on Ginnifer?

Love the dress, and actually have to say that I am diggin' her hair. Not many women can wear there hair that short and look still look so great....or should I say not many have the hair type to that cut and have it lay so well. Great pic though, she looks beautiful!
