I wore this outfit yesterday to work. I felt like dressing up because I wasn't feeling 100%. Do you ever do that? Sometimes I feel as though if I dress nice that it will boost my mood a bit. Well, it didn't work. I'm home sick today. :-(
cardigan: Kohl's
lace trim tank top: American Eagle Outfitters
skirt: Brooklyn Industries
tights: Kohl's
shoes: Jeffrey Campbell
Rocko always knows how to make me laugh even when I'm not feeling that great.
The one thing I love about this skirt is the POCKETS! I *love* pockets in skirts and dresses!!!
Okay, off to bed I go. Hopefully when I wake up later on I won't have aches all over my body, and my fever will be gone. *FINGERS CROSSED!!!*
Yay so glad to see My Style is here to stay!

ReplyDeleteand aren't pockets the most amazing thing ever? :)
I love Brooklyn Industries!!! =) And I definitely love skirts with pockets, most of mine have them only because I got them from vintage/thrift stores. =)
ReplyDeleteDiane, I hope you feel better soon. Being sick sucks. :( I agree with you with "dressing up to make you feel better"... I also like to "put on makeup to make me feel better" or at least some blush and gloss to brighten up my face!
ReplyDeleteLove this look. And I too, LOVE skirts and dresses with pockets. They win me over all the time.
Rest up sweetie!
xx Love & Aloha
