Dress Like A Celebrity- Jessica Alba

I love this look for so many reasons. It includes three things I adore: the color pink, a simple sheath style, and Jessica Alba. I swear she always looks flawless and so put together. What she understands is the importance of simplicity. This Roland Mouret dress looks like it was made for her body. Perfection.

Not all of us can afford a designer frock, but I was able to put together a few similar and affordable alternatives for my readers.

Mini Cap Sleeve Sheath Dress available at The Limited- $98

Ivanka Trump Side Zip Crepe Sheath Dress available at Nordstrom- $138

Cue the Bijou Dress available at ModCloth- $79.99

Must Have: Printed Pants

Printed pants are everywhere this season. It's instantly dresses up any look, adding some flair to casual jeans or slacks. I have to admit, I only have one pair of printed pants...which are a few years old. But I do know what I'll pick up the next time I go shopping.

I love looking at Jessica Alba for casual look inspiration. Here she is just walking around town in floral printed denim. This look is so simple, right? But she layers on some flowy pieces and amazing shoes and she looks so chic. I love it!

Check out some of my favorite printed pants out there right now. I think even Jessica would approve:

High-Rise Floral Printed Pants available at Forever21, $19.80

Letter Do Her Thing Pants available at ModCloth, $89.99

Trina Turk Jacquard Slim Leg Monie Pant available at Piperlime, $278.00

What do you think of this trend? Is it a must have for you? Or are you so sick of seeing it?

Dress Like a Celebrity- Jessica Alba

So the truth of the matter is that I remember Jessica Alba for her style way more than her movies (I'll be lucky if I can rattle off three movies she has ever been in). She always looks so pulled together and casually chic. Here she is dressed as simple as can be...yet cute as a button while going out to dinner with friends.

I thought it would be fun to put a very affordable version of her outfit together. This really is such an easy work for anyone to wear...and appropriate for just about any occasion. What do you think of Jessica's look? Will you be attempting to wear my knock off version???

Would You Wear This?

Jessica Alba wore this chiffon Valentino gown to the Valentino Garavani Archives dinner party in Versailles, France. I think on just about anyone else I would hate this dress...but it looks like it was made just for her. Wearing hardly any jewelry and a natural hairstyle is the way to go with this look...you don't want to get distracted from that amazing dress. She lets the ruffle do the talking!

What do you think of this look on Jessica? If you had the chance would you wear it???

Lookin' Fab

Jessica Alba dressed to impress last night at the Art of Elysium Gala in Los Angeles. She wore a red Prada dress, layered necklaces, a Ferragamo clutch, and black peep-toe pumps.

This look is so classic and stylish. The next time you have a night out I suggest trying something similar. All eyes will surely be on you!

What do you think of her look???

And she is filming another one now:

Lookin' Fab

Jessica Alba looked so amazing when she showed up to the American Museum of Natural History Dance. She wore Narciso Rodriguez, and boy did it look fantastic on her. I love everything about this look (especially the color on her)! Oh yeah, and her hubby Cash Warren looked great too. What an adorable couple.

Would You Wear This?

Jessica Alba showed up to the Milan launch of her Campari calendar in this ruby red Dolce & Gabbana dress. I absolutely love this bold red color on Jessica...but I don't know that I'm crazy about the shape of it. I think the top part looks fabulous, but all that volume on the lower half...eeekkk! To me it just makes her look bottom heavy (which she clearly isn't).

What do you think of this look? Would you wear it???

I absolutely love it when celebrities play fashion designers in the name of charity. A number of celebrities (including Molly Sims, Miley Cyrus, and Jessica Alba) have partnered up with L.A.-based line 2 LOVE, with a portion of proceeds from the sales going to the charity of the celebrity's choice. CLICK HERE to check out all of the designs...and go shopping in the name of charity!
