SAG Award "Hangout"

This Sunday is the SAG Awards...and Snapshot Fashion is going to host another Google+ hangout session where we will talk about the fashions on the red carpet. I did this a couple of weeks ago for the Golden Globes, and even though it was fun I will be the first to admit that there were a bunch of hiccups in figuring out Google+. I had never used it before (oops!)...but I think I have it figured out and hopefully it will run a lot more smoothly this time. This will sort of be a mini-practice session because I will also be doing this for the upcoming Oscars.

Polka Dot Love

I absolutely love polka dots. They are such a huge trend right now. Actually...I feel weird calling them a "trend" because were they ever actually out of style? This print has been the must have look for so many people...for so many years! My absolute favorite way it is worn is on a dress. Polka dots have that vintage feel that make a simple dress look so classic and chic.

Cameron Diaz wore a beautiful black and white Christian Dior dress while in Paris for Couture Fashion Week. Don't you just love this look on her? I mean, if she wore this exact dress in a solid color she would still look pretty...but trust me when I say that we wouldn't be making a big fuss over her look. The polka dots are the star of this look. Beautiful Cameron...beautiful!

Anastasia of Beverly Hills Review & Contest

I absolutely love Anastasia of Beverly Hills. So when they told me they were sending over their Wish You Were Here set I was overjoyed!

 I love their packaging! So fun, yet so informative.

Don't you just adore the shadow colors? I'm always looking for golds and purples to wear since my eyes are hazel and those shades make the green in my eyes pop. The blues in this set are a little out of my comfort zone (I'm not going to lie to you)...but I think they would work well for a night out.

Trying my best to look like a cool California girl (haha!). I really love the colors and the quality of the makeup. Even though I am wearing makeup I don't feel like I have too much on. I feel natural...yet pretty.

Mood Boost

It is so rainy and gloomy here in Pennsylvania today that I really needed to dress in color that will help boost my mood. So I broke out some of the brightest pink I own...because how can you wear this color and not smile, right? It's so bold and fun that it instantly turns my gloomy day around and adds in some cheer.

After many technical difficulties with stupid Google+ I was able to have a lovely video chat with Elissa from San Francisco. I know there were a few other people that wanted in to the hangout and had issues signing in. However, I think I understand Google+ hangouts now...that was the first time I ever used it. So I apologize if you were unable to join. The good news is that I will be doing another red carpet hangout...this time, FOR THE OSCARS! Lookin' Fab

I am in love with this black and white Chanel gown Michelle Williams wore to the Critic's Choice Movie Awards. I swear this girl looks fantastic in just about anything she wears. She always keeps her look so elegant and chic...with a vintage feel to it.

I don't know about you, but I cannot wait to see what she is going to wear on the red carpet tomorrow!
