In the summertime shorts and tshirts can get so boring and often look too casual. Well, not the way Carla Mae from Montreal dresses. She dresses up her shorts with a ruffle top (very in style this season) and an adorable pair of flats. I love how she wears a bold color in her top and a very neutral color cardigan.
