Well I don't know about all of you...but my holiday weekend has already started! Nothing puts a smile on my face like a four day weekend!   :-)

I don't really have too many plans for the long weekend...just hanging out and catching up with friends. But that is enough to make me one happy girl. Hopefully I won't have to dodge too many storms here in NYC (the weather is disgusting). But it wouldn't be Memorial Day weekend without rain...am I right? It also wouldn't be Memorial weekend without sailors in the street. That's right, it's Fleet Week here in NYC...hence this adorable nautical. So put on some red, white, and blue and thank those that served/are serving the country. Trust me, they will appreciate your appreciation.

I hope you all had a lovely weekend. I spent the majority of it on the road. My husband, dog, and I rented a zipcar and took a quick road trip to Pennsylvania where I got to see my nephew for his third birthday. Boy is he growing up so quickly! Where does the time go?!?! Thank heavens for turning the clocks back though. I really needed that extra hour today. We had to travel back to NYC, deal with detours/crowds from the marathon, had the best burger, fries, and beer that I have had in years, and saw our new apartment for the second time. SO BUSY!
