Lately I really have been trying to keep my hair extra healthy because I want it to grow long. When I saw a commercial for John Frieda's Root Awakening Collection it got my attention. What this product claims to do is to give you three times healthier hair, starting at the roots. I HAD TO TRY IT!The product I bought was the Health Boosting Detangling Spray. This daily leave-in spray nourishes from roots to ends, delivering essential vitamins and effective levels of natural Eucalyptus. It really smells quite good too! When I use the spray it smells like thin mint cookies...yum!
You can really feel this product working. The combination of the natural Eucalyptus and peppermint oil stimulates the scalp with a tingling sensation.
This product can be used on color-treated hair and does not weight it down. Actually I found that it makes my hair extremely soft, silky, and light as air.

I love these products. I use the spray almost everyday! I also love the smell i always said it smells like cookies..so good!
I use the John Frieda products for brown hair and its awesome - it smells so yummy and your hair feels like silk and the brown shines :)
