Diane von Furstenberg- Fall 2015 RTW
Diane von Furstenberg's latest collection is full of bold prints, jumpsuits, menswear inspired looks, and of course the classic DVF wrap dress. This collection is 100% beautiful!

Mara Hoffman- Fall 2015 RTW
What I love most about Mara Hoffman's collection is how wearable it really is. Bold prints that remind me of the southwest in the 1970's create a strong bohemian vibe that leaves me feeling so very happy. Here are some of my favorite pieces---

Christian Siriano- Fall 2015 RTW
Christian Siriano's collections are always one of my favorites. Year after year he comes through and amazes me with his creative genius. This year was all about funky prints (including animal), Pantone's color of the year, and beautiful choices of material (from silk to feathers to taffeta). This collection is all sorts of drama...but in the most ladylike way possible.
What do you think of Christian Siriano's latest collection?

I know I am a little behind with recapping the amazing shows this season at New York Fashion week...so I'm going to play catch up. Get ready! First up I want to show you some of my favorite looks at the Kate Spade New York presentation (and it was hard to pick favorites considering it all is amazing!).
Kate Spade is incorporating prints, pink, navy, and red into her Fall 2015 RTW collection. So classic and so feminine...it's perfection!

New York Fashion Week on the Horizon
New York Fashion Week is practically here! Even though tomorrow marks the official start, a number of shows, events, and parties have already started. There are so many things I'm looking forward to over the next week.
- Even more than the designers and their designs, I love seeing which models are in the spotlight every season. Style.com has put together their list of the most in-demand models, and Racked made a list of the ten striking up-and-comers to know. Who do you hope to see on the catwalk?
- Bring on the illustrations! Even though I love seeing the final look in person, there is just something about a designer's sketch that makes it all so much more interesting and dreamy. It's the artist in me. Elle.com asked the designers to share their inspirations behind their collections. After looking at their inspirations, which collection are you most looking forward to seeing?
- Attending all the shows you couldn't get into by watching them online.
- Shoes, shoes, and more shoes! Prabal Gurung will be having his models hit the runway wearing shoes from his debut collection. Six different styles, with some serious color blocking...I CANNOT WAIT!
- How will the attendees be dressing? When you really don't know what to wear, Marie Claire has saved you with the Lazy Girl's Guide to Fashion Week Worthy Style.
- It's quiz time. Which Fash-Un Girl Are You? This was a fun one. I got Parisian in Brooklyn...go figure!!!
I also am really looking forward to meeting up with some of my favorite bloggers that will be in town. Can't wait! If you are going to be in NYC let me know. I won't be too available during the day as I'll be at work...but would love to meet up with people on the evenings and weekends.

Cartoon Icons from the 1990's Take Over NYFW
You may remember last year when classic Disney characters got a fashion makeover for Barney's holiday campaign. Well, I have some new makeovers to show you (that are so amazing!)...just in time for New York Fashion Week. Your favorite cartoon characters from the 1990's are getting a serious wardrobe makeover by Swagger New York and Italian designer Michele Moricci. Everyone from Beavis & Butthead to Sailor Moon...and my favorite, Daria!

Boy Meets Girl NYFW Fall 2013
This afternoon was a blast at the Boy Meets Girl show downtown. I'm sure some of you saw pictures I was taking on my Instagram feed. I got to do some celebrity gawking while I was there, enjoyed Leah Labelle's performance, and was even able to nab a seat before the show started.
Stop on over to my Google+ to see a quick video from the show. It's not the best quality because it's from my phone...but the show was great so it's worth a watch! :-)

Best Boots for the Buck
I absolutely hate the middle of winter, but what I love about this time of year are the sales on boots! The best part is if you take advantage of the boot sales now you'll still have another month or two that you can wear them before the warmer spring weather arrives.
Here are my picks for the best boot deals that are going on:
