NYFW---Lela Rose

What a morning I have had. Just got back from the Lela Rose show at Bryant Park...and what a show it was! Now I have been to some fashion shows in the past...but this was the first one I have attended in the tents. So you must understand just how excited I was...not only to be attending a show there, but Lela Rose! I JUST LOVE HER!

After the jump you'll find some of my favorite designs and video from the show.

my outfit---
dress: Kimchi Blue from Urban Outfitters, tights: Urban Outfitters, boots: Wanted from Piperlime

I know some of you have told me that you are dying to see what it looks like when you enter the tents.
Alex and Simon from The Real Housewives of NYC

After waiting in line for what seemed to be forever (okay not really, but I was super excited and some annoying lady standing behind me was talking loud in my ear...I just wanted to get in there), we entered the Salon.

And now for the actual show. Her designs were so stunning. The show was full of feminine dresses that just made your mouth drop wide open. No matter who you are, wearing a dress from this collection will make any woman feel a million times more beautiful. Her collection was filled with plenty of metallics, bold pops of color, and lots of black & white. Let's check out some of my favorite looks.

This white dress had to be one of my favorite looks. The bold ruffle on this assymetrical piece was AMAZING. I had to take a photo from the front and the back (see below).
I loved the sleeves on this LBD dress. So fab!

Check out a short video clip from the end of the show...
