My pick is definitely the Merona coat from Target - I love the color and the minimalistic design. It's so hard to stay warm outside no matter what the temperature though!
omg!! yes, one needs a really good coat for the winter time and if you can get a deal on it, why not? I'm not complaining!!! (i wish we had a zara in my city.. their sales are incredible and i'd love to grab a coat from the store!)

Oh my goodness, I totally feel you Diane! I feel the same way here in Edinburgh. In fact I just bought a new coat from Madewell because I figured I'd use it, oh, about six months out of the year here!
